The dining ambience on the panorama terrace provided a unique backdrop for enjoying home-made Grisons specialities. I indulged in a delectable ratatouille puree accompanied by wild rice, which showcased a thoughtful blend of flavors. The half-board dinner option reflects a commitment to culinary innovation, allowing guests to savor local ingredients while basking in the stunning views of the valley at sunset. The staff, primarily from Eastern Europe, approached their service with genuine warmth, even as they navigated language barriers. Their enthusiasm fostered a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged engaging conversations, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. Ospizio La Veduta succeeded in merging exquisite culinary offerings with a cozy, picturesque environment.
